Diana model g71

Hi all
can anyone tell me anything about the Diana model g71

I was talking to a teacher at my sons school the other day about our air rifle hobby she mentioned that she used to shoot when she was at university and that she still has a diana g71 in the loft in the box. she said she had enquired about selling it and was told it was of little value.

Now i have to admit to having a soft spot for dianas as i have a pre war model 20 so i have to ask are they decent and what is it worth ?

I would like it for my collection and i am willing to pay market value for it as i dont want to take the piss and offer her penuts for it .

thanks again guys

I have just been on central scotland police web site and seen this http://www.centralsc..._in_bankno.aspx.

another idiot shooting at people with an air rifle this is just the sort of thing the snp need to happen to convince the public that air weapons are dangerous and should be banned.

i am not happy about this

The Forum?

Hi guys,

I had switched off new members as we were getting spammed rotten. I've switched new registrations back on and I will see how it goes.

On another note, I'd spoken to the mods about finding a way to fund this forum and they haven't come up with an idea, SARPA don't want to chip in, so I will be having thoughts about the future of this forum. I can't justfy keeping it going without the fees being paid for.

I'll be in touch...

Falcon optics first class company and service

hi lads

just thought i would let you know about the first class service i got from falcon optics this week.i bought a falcon merlin the other week (second hand) it looked first class whe i got it nice and clear when i looked through it .so put it on the rifle when up in the feild the only way to get a clear picture at 30 yards was to turn it up to infinity not so good although it did zero in with no prob . so what to do back home wrote an email to falcon optics asked if they done a repair / service for scopes that have been bought second hand .
in short yep send it to us with money to cover shipping back to yourself and we will fix for free great i thought sent the scope to them and on the same day of them getting it the sent me an email saying that they could fix it but it would look bad as the people who had it before had done a really good job a nackering it . so we will send you a new one if thats ok with you wow first class service .
