Hi Len,
Just wondered... have you got an RSS feed? I can't see the icon on my browser.
Also wondered if you want to run a bit of cross syndication between mine and yours with the feeds? I can display RSS inside a forum...
Hope you get the nod on the sarpa website... I consider this board a very good portal for the scottish airgun scene, and more.
Cheers
Rob

It's just a way of seeing what's new at a glance. If you click on the RSS symbol you can subscribe to it and save it as a bookmark, then when you select the bookmark you get a folder with all the recent postings. There are dedicated RSS viewers too, that can place the latest news in a side-bar on your browser.
The AGS RSS feed soes seem to be a little whacky though, 'recent' items seem to include December's stuff and miss out January's so I'm not sure how useful it'll be
Cheers
Edit: In fact it seems that the only RSS items are what Lenny puts on the front page. Probably because this is a subscription only BBS. ! That's why there's so little 'news' to feed

Sorry for the delay guys, been a lot going on with work, other commitments etc...
Yes, RSS feeds are set up on a forum basis.... If we want I'll rss a few forums, but as pointed out it is a registration only board. No probs if we syndicate the General Airgun Chat area as you would need to register to view the posts. Not sure if non members, ie. members for a differnt forum would find it interstingthough, as they would need to register???
Thoughts?

Dunno Lenny.
I was thinking of whether you wanted it linked on my forum, just because there's Scottish Airgun orientated news that I might not pick up... and it might drive people here from my site, which is really the ethos of my site... to provide a hub where people might find something more relevent to their interests.
Perhaps the recent topics could be RSS'd... I don't know. Then if they see a subject, they can come along and sign up

Ok, I've changed the RSS feed to include the existing news as well as General Airgun Chat, feel free to add it to your forum. I'll take a feed from yours as well... You can either click the RSS link at bottom left or add the bookmark...

Let's see how it goes? Any opinions or suggestions welcome...
