I'm doing lots of little updates. Just things that make the forum slicker, better, or easier to use.

PORTAL: This is a home page in effect, the first page that visitors or members see when they browse to www.airgunscotland.org It's very much work in progress, but watch this space. I want to have random images on it, and a welcome message. It will sum up latest posts and various info... You can view it by clicking the PORTAL tab on the top menu.

SHOUTBOX: This now only shows on certain pages. Please watch the banter in the shoutbox. There have been certain episodes where members have went over the score, this is not right. Any members abusing the shoutbox will lose the right to use it and maybe even banned.

DONATIONS: I've added a Paypal Donations box and also a button at the foot of every page. The forum costs about £350 per year to run. This is to pay for hosting, software support and updates. Thanks to the members who have donated already, we are on our way to meet our target, but still a long way to go. I'm considering asking clubs if they can contribute as they have an area, many clubs have recruited new members from AGS.

CHAT: This is an alternative to the shoutbox, it allows a maximum of 5 members to chat in a seperate area.

GALLERY: is back, and I will be tidying it up soon. Anyone who can't access the gallery please get in touch.

FACEBOOK LIKE: If you log in to AGS with your Facebook details, in effect LINK your FB account with AGS, you can LIKE a topic. This puts a link on Facebook and hopefully drives traffic here.

I've got a few ideas about other new things for the forum, but you'll just have to wait and see... ;-) If you have any ideas just get in touch...
