Just back from Drum's so one thing to cheer you up. Your Steyr is going to be a fantastic. The windicator is something else indeed. Pity you don't fancy the marble balls feet for the rest.

Most people on here will know more about computers that I do so I was wondering how you knew someone had access to your account if no money was taken?

Now, checked my credit card and bank, and appears the charge have been blocked. Paypal themselves had locked my paypal account about 0500hrs in the morning, they noticed dodgy transactions...
So, dodgy punter tried to fraud me, but seems paypal stopped them. However, can't get a hold of my credit card provider... Virgin Money.... so much for 24/7 stolen/lost numbers....
Computers? Eh??

I was trying out some new software, I virus checked it and it was clear. Upon installing, my anti virus picked it up and stopped it... however it seems to still have been installed.
Aaaarghhhh.... just shows you, computer security is NOT to be taken lightly. I had been having problems with my hardware firewall, so it was switched off.... Mmmmm.... that problem is now resolved, and firewall is back on.
Just shows you, I started off in IT, well..... electronics and computing, and it proves anyone can be hit! So to sum up, here's a quick list. Of course I am always playing with computers, hardware and software so probably more at risk than someone who just does straight web and email!
Always use an UP TO DATE anti virus program.
Always use a firewall.
Be VERY careful if you get software that you can't trust 100%.
Never answer a Paypal/eBay query to type in your password or credit card number. (only check paypal through direct typing in of www.paypal.com)
