New secretary for justice (Scotland) !

Just getting round to reading the detail in Air Gunner magazine April 2012. There is a letter from 'Martin, South Wales' headed Licence? I'm sure we will all be delighted to hear that Martin has just read that "Ian McCaskill, Secretary for Justice (Scotland), has announced that he has a mandate for airgun licensing in Scotland".

Hopefully the outlook will be sunnier with Ian mcCaskill than it was with Kenny MacAskill :)
